How do I open ProspectLens?
Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, then click the ProspectLens icon in your Chrome toolbar and choose Open side panel. Browse to any local business website and hit Scan to run the 5-pillar conversion audit.
What does the Free plan include?
25 website scans per month, the basic prospecting scorecard, and up to 3 lead exports. Pro Solopreneur ($49/mo) adds unlimited scans, 250 verified email finds per month, competitor benchmarking, scheduled re-scans with change alerts, 1-click client PDF audits, full sequencer-ready CSV export, and the AI video ad prompt generator. Agency Scale ($99/mo) adds 1,000 verified email finds per month, built-in outreach sequencing, 1-click CRM webhook dispatch, white-label client PDF branding with own-domain report links, review monitoring, API access, and 3 team seats.
What are scan credit packs?
If you need extra scans beyond your plan, credit packs start at $9 for 100 scans. The math is simple — 1 scan = 1 credit — and credits never expire.
How do the client PDF audits work?
After a scan, click Generate PDF Audit to produce a vector-sharp A4 growth audit stamped with your agency name, logo, contact info, and calendar booking link. On the Agency Scale plan you can fully white-label the branding; lower tiers include a small "Powered by ProspectLens" footer.
How do I connect my CRM or webhook?
On the Agency Scale plan, open Settings → Integrations, paste your inbound webhook URL (Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or a custom endpoint), and use the Send to CRM button on any prospect to dispatch the audit scores, bottlenecks, and outreach scripts in one click.
My CSV export looks garbled in Excel. What do I do?
ProspectLens exports with UTF-8 BOM encoding so files open cleanly in Excel and Google Sheets. If characters still look wrong, use Data → From Text/CSV in Excel and choose UTF-8 encoding on import.
Is my prospecting data private?
Yes. Your saved leads and settings are stored locally in your browser. We never sell or broker your prospecting data. See the privacy policy for full details.
Does ProspectLens scrape law firms or real estate businesses?
No. We enforce a strict non-scrape policy: ProspectLens will not scrape or prospect legal/law practices or real estate businesses.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime through the same checkout provider you used at purchase. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and your locally stored leads are never deleted by cancelling.
The side panel is blank / the scan won't run. Help?
Try these in order:
- Reload the business website tab, then reopen the side panel.
- Check
chrome://extensions— make sure ProspectLens is enabled and has permission to read the current site. - Update Chrome to the latest version and restart the browser.
